Grey's anatomy in terms of manchester united
Why do the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital and the players at Manchester United both spend all their time falling over and making mistakes?
Grey Anatomy is a show about a team of surgeons who are very good at their jobs but terrible at staying calm. Just like Manchester United, they have a lot of talented people who should be winning every single day. Instead, they spend all their time having big arguments in the corridors and worrying about who likes who. They are constantly trying to fix broken things, but they often make a bigger mess while they are doing it. It is very hard to watch them try to be professionals when they are acting like naughty children in a playground.
The team has a boss, like a manager, who tries to keep everyone in line. Dr. Meredith Grey is like the star player who has been at the club forever, even when things are going badly. She tries to save the day, but sometimes she just gets into even more trouble. The other doctors keep changing their minds about what to do, just like a football team that forgets how to pass the ball. They have lots of dramatic meetings that do not seem to help anyone get better at their jobs.
Even when they finally manage to win, it never stays that way for long. They always find a new problem to worry about before the next episode starts. You think they might learn their lesson, but they always go right back to making the same silly choices again. It is a very long story about people who would probably be much happier if they just sat down for a nice cup of tea instead of running around.
Where the analogy breaks downThe surgeons are actually very good at surgery, while the football players often struggle to score goals.
